Jay Spargo

Jayden chose this year to receive an ATAR which involved him sitting the GAT (General Achievement Test) and external VCE examinations.

Students at Little Yarra Steiner School have the option follow the ATAR pathway that requires them to prepare themselves for examinations by sitting practice exams and revising the material they have learned throughout the year. The study scores for their individual VCE subjects are generated through a combination of their SAC (School Assessed Coursework) and SAT (School Assessed Task) results and their exam results; these are then used by VTAC (Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre) to create an ATAR.

In conjunction with their VCE studies all Class 12 students complete a full Main Lesson program in a variety of disciplines across the year.
